These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Wutiko's Platform and the tools we provide you (the "Platform" or the "Service"). We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Platform. We may or may not post notices on the homepage of our Platform when such changes occur.
We refer to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy accessible at https://pages.wutiko.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/, and any other terms, rules, or guidelines on our Platform collectively as our "Legal Terms." You explicitly and implicitly agree to be bound by our Legal Terms each time you access our Platform. If you do not wish to be so bound, please do not use or access our Platform.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Mauritius. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We employ the use of cookies. By using Wutiko's Platform you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Wutiko’s privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive platforms use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our Platform to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.
Wutiko grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platform in order for you to make purchases of electronic documents and related services through our Platform, strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms. Unless otherwise stated, Wutiko and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Wutiko. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Our Platform as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress. Nothing on our Platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property displayed or used on our Platform, without the prior written permission of the Intellectual Property owner. Wutiko aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The names and logos of Wutiko, may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Platform, without prior, written permission from Wutiko. Wutiko prohibits use of any logo of Wutiko or any of its affiliates as part of a link to or from any Platform unless Wutiko approves such link in advance and in writing. Fair use of Wutiko’s Intellectual Property requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in our Platform may be the Intellectual Property of their respective owners.
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we determine that: (a) the link would not reflect unfavorably on us or our accredited businesses (for example, trade associations or other organizations representing inherently suspect types of business, such as work-at-home opportunities, shall not be allowed to link); (b)the organization does not have an unsatisfactory record with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility associated with the hyperlink outweighs the absence of Wutiko; and (d) where the link is in the context of general resource information or is otherwise consistent with editorial content in a newsletter or similar product furthering the mission of the organization.

No use of Wutiko’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Wutiko does not monitor or control outside Platforms and is not responsible for their content. Wutiko’s inclusion of links to an outside platform does not imply any endorsement of the material on our Platform or, unless expressly disclosed otherwise, any sponsorship, affiliation or association with its owner, operator or sponsor, nor does Wutiko’ inclusion of the links imply that Wutiko is authorized to use any trade name, trademark, logo, legal or official seal, or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in the linked platform.
Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Platform.
We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Platform. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Platform upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Wutiko MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT CONTENT PROVIDED ON OUR PLATFORM, CONTRACTS, OR RELATED SERVICES ARE APPLICABLE OR APPROPRIATE FOR USE IN ALL JURISDICTIONS.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wutiko harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Platform or any Contracts or Services you purchase through it.
